Ok, figured I would throw this one out there since it stumped me. (Not for the weak stomached.)Any links to material on how to safely (relative, ppl) inject saline into female breasts for temporary enlargement? It's supposed to be doable, but most of the information out there on saline injection is for temporary enlargement of testicles, which isn't what I'm looking for. Specific directions on where to inject the fluid and where not to in order to avoid tissue damage would be a bonus. I've already hit up the usual culprits for this kind of stuff, bmezine.com and a bunch of the bdsm how-to places. This thread is quite old, but since it has almost 1000 views, I will help you out with a lot of practical information here, backed up by a significant amount of personal experience.First of all, this is not a medical procedure, it is a form of temporary body modification. It is done for several reasons, some of which include sado-masochism (basically the practice of enjoying giving or receiving pain), exhibitionism (showing off for others), erotic humiliation (look it up) or for the simple and non-kinky goal of temporarily enlarging breasts for appearances sake, such as going out to a special event (yes, this happens for prom), etc. I am told there is a clinic in the Seattle area which performs this procedure, for a cost of around $500, marketed as temporary breast enlargement for the evening. I have not personally verified that this is in fact correct, just passing along what I have been told.Basically what happens, is that sterile saline (salt-water, aka basic medical IV fluid) is injected directly into the fatty tissue of the breast, generally in multiple (I find 4 or 8 to work well) places. The amount injected depends on the size of the breasts involved, with larger breasts accomodating a liter (think quart) or more. The fluid goes into the fatty tissue of the breast where it gathers, and is then gradually re-absorbed into the blood stream and processed by the kidneys and eliminated through the bladder as urine. The process involves some amount of pain/discomfort, as the breast swells well beyond it's normal size, although the speed with which the fluid is injected generally corresponds with how much it hurts. Once the procedure is complete, the fluid starts being gradually re-absorbed into the body immediately, so the breasts slowly begin to shrink back to their normal size. This can take anywhere from 6-8 hours, up to a couple of days, depending on several factors (hydration of the individual being one of them). Now we have to talk about risk. There IS risk here. First and foremost, any time you break the skin of the body, you introduce a route for infection to enter. This means septic technique precautions must be taken, ie cleaning the area to be injected thoroughly with alcohol swabs or iodine prior to the injections. Even so, there is still a very small risk of infection, so be aware of what to look for (go google infection signs/symptoms, I'm not listing them here). Also, since a significant amount of extra fluid is being eventually introduced into the bloodstream (by way of absorption from fatty tissue), there is some risk of complications, *generally* only if certain medical conditions are present. Anyone with kidney problems should not do this, period. Anyone with CHF (congestive heart failure) should not do this. This will temporarily and usually slightly, increase blood pressure, so people with high blood pressure should be aware of that. One person cited a danger of "hitting a vein with the saline/air". First of all, injecting a small amount of saline directly into a vein, even inside the breast accidentaly, is quite safe. This is exactly what is done when a doctor, nurse, paramedic etc starts an IV. Air is another matter entirely, and can be dangerous, however anyone who is skilled/knowledgable enough to be able to perform this procedure in the first place, will have no free air in the saline solution, so this is only an issue if someone is grossly negligent in what they are doing. Also, any time you are sticking needles into someone's chest, you have to be aware of puncturing the chest cavity, which contains some reasonably important organs such as the heart and lungs, to name a few. The injection needles for saline breast implants should enter the breast parallel to the body surface, to avoid this risk. The bottom line here is two things. For younger, healthy people with no underlying medical conditions, and when this procedure is done properly by a trained and competent person, the risk of any kind of complication is actually quite small.Someone also mentioned testicular enlargement with saline. This is actually false, the testicles are never enlarged (at least, they shouldn't be... if you inject saline into the testicles, they will be damaged. This is bad). What happens is the *scrotum* is injected with saline, which makes it swell significantly, causing a very visible change. Again, this can be done for many reasons, see above re: breast enlargement. Generally scrotum enlargement takes a greater time for the fluid to re-absorb, and people have been known to have to visit the ER when complications arose. I have never done this procedure and do not recommend it... then again I don't find it erotic or appealing either, so easy for me to say that. Now comes the personal opinion part. Temporary breast enlargement play is FUN, as well as highly erotic, if you're into that kind of thing. Any of you kinky people out there will at least be able to relate, if not agree. Most people will find this bizarre and totally ridiculous, I fully understand and accept that... it is certainly not for most people. For those who are adventurous, kinky, and curious as to what it would be like to increase their breasts by up to 2 cup sizes... it is just what the non-doctor ordered Any questions, go ahead and ask and I'll do my best to answer.Oh, and yes, I have medical training regarding the equipment involved here... and so should you, if you are even thinking about doing this to/for someone.

  1. Hi

I would really like to try out Saline Breast Injection… I’m a male and would love to see how it feels and look like. But understanding there’s a certain risk to this I need as much detailed information as possible on how to go about it… I would appreciate if you can give me a better idea on how to do it…

    • What equipments exactly do I need to do this? (eg I’ve seen saline solutions… but which kind exactly? http://www.dealmed.com/Dealmed/Search/results.ssp?query=saline), which cathether should I use etc?)
    • Where do I pierce for the injection? How deep, which location, what kind of angle and more important (I’m injecting myself)… which layer of my skin? Because I might be slightly fleshier compared someone skinny and 1 inch might only reach between my skin wherelse the other person actually pierce it under his/ her skin etc…

Please.. would appreciate the help with more detailed info.. thanks a lot in advance… (photos of how to do it would be great if possible). I’m even willing to pay for the information if you wish.

    Sincerely,
    Mag
